Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the use of FasPath internet services. All customers and users of our network are expected to comply with this policy.

1. Prohibited Activities

You may not use FasPath services for any activity that is illegal, harmful, or interferes with others' use of the network. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

  • Any activity that violates local, state, or federal law
  • Distribution of malware, viruses, or other malicious software
  • Unauthorized access to other systems or networks (hacking)
  • Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam)
  • Operating open mail relays or open proxy servers
  • IP address spoofing or falsification of packet headers
  • Launching denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks
  • Distribution of child sexual abuse material
  • Copyright infringement or violation of intellectual property rights
  • Any activity that degrades network performance for other customers

2. Network Security

Customers are responsible for securing their own network equipment and devices connected to FasPath services. You agree to take reasonable steps to prevent your network from being used as a platform for attacks against others.

3. Resale

Resale of FasPath services is not permitted without written authorization. If you wish to provide internet access to tenants, customers, or subtenants, contact us to discuss a reseller agreement.

4. Enforcement

FasPath reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and take action including:

  • Warning the customer
  • Temporarily suspending service
  • Permanently terminating service
  • Reporting illegal activity to law enforcement

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking action, except where immediate action is necessary to protect the network or comply with law.

FasPath respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). To report copyright infringement, email [email protected].
