2. Service Agreement

Your specific service terms, including speed tier, pricing, and any contract duration, are defined in your individual Service Agreement. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and your Service Agreement, the Service Agreement prevails.

Your use of FasPath services is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in service suspension or termination.

4. Pricing & Billing

  • Services are billed monthly in advance
  • Payment is due within 15 days of invoice date
  • Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance
  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 60 days written notice
  • No hidden fees — all charges are disclosed in your Service Agreement

5. Installation

Standard installation is included with all plans. Non-standard installations (e.g., requiring additional construction, permits, or long fiber runs) may incur additional charges, which will be quoted before work begins. You are responsible for providing reasonable access to your premises.

All plans include an uptime SLA as described in our Service Level Agreement. SLA credits are the exclusive remedy for service interruptions.

8. Termination

  • Month-to-month: Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice
  • Contract term: Early termination may be subject to an early termination fee as specified in your Service Agreement
  • By FasPath: We may terminate or suspend service immediately for AUP violations, non-payment (30+ days past due), or illegal activity
